Chef Charlie Brooks

OWNER

Chef Charlie has been passionate about cooking for his whole life, and has been a dedicated hospitality professional for the past 17 years. His culinary career began in NYC, where he attended culinary school and spent almost a decade working in widely-celebrated, Michelin-recognized kitchens. He brought his passion for food and hospitality to Colorado in 2018 where he joined Frasca Hospitality Group, and opened Sunday Vinyl as Chef de Cuisine the following year. In 2023, Chef Charlie stepped back from the restaurant world and began working as a personal and private chef. While maintaining his passion for hospitality and culinary excellence, his focus has shifted to helping everyday hard-working people and families gather around the family table to enjoy nutritious, home-cooked meals. Chef Charlie works hard to remove ultra-processed foods and takeout dinners from his clients’ dining equations, replacing them with home-cooked whole foods, applying the same care and attention that he uses at home for his own family.
